Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Cooking Guide:

  1. Cook the potatoes: Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender but still firm, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Fry the bacon: In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon, crumble, and set aside.
