Stewed Beef Instant Pot Recipe

Servings: 4-6 people

* 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 2-inch cubes

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until shimmering. Add the chopped onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
