* 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
* 1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional, for added texture)
