Ingredients:

* 1 cup chicken broth

* 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

Instructions:

1. In the slow cooker, combine the chicken, onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
