Recipe: Simple Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
* 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
