
Pulled Chicken Quesadilla Recipe
This delicious recipe combines the flavors of pulled chicken with the convenience of a quesadilla. Here’s what you need to make it:
1. Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese ( Monterey Jack or Cheddar)

2. Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

- Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it into bite-sized pieces. Return the shredded chicken to the skillet and add the barbecue sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
