
One Pan Cheeseburger Pasta Recipe
This recipe combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the comfort of pasta, all in one convenient pan.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta of your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet of cheeseburger seasoning
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Once the beef is browned, add the cheeseburger seasoning and stir to combine.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes and beef broth to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 5-7 minutes or until the liquid has reduced slightly.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Reduce heat to low and let the pasta simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.

Tips
To make this recipe even more flavorful, consider adding some diced bell peppers or mushrooms to the pan with the onion and garlic.
