Low Carb Ground Beef Recipes Instant Pot Recipe

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

* 1 lb ground beef
* 1/2 onion, finely chopped
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
* 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp dried oregano
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 1/4 cup beef broth
* 1/4 cup tomato paste
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
* 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
* 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until shimmering.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and bell peppers and cook until they're tender, about 4-5 minutes.
4. Add the ground beef and cook until it's browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
5. Add the oregano, salt, and black pepper and stir to combine.
6. Add the beef broth, tomato paste, and chopped parsley. Stir well to combine.
7. Close the lid and set the valve to "Sealing". Press the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" button and set the cooking time to 10-12 minutes at high pressure.
8. When the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
