Ingredients:
- 8 oz dried noodles (such as lo mein or ramen)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup peanuts, roasted and chopped
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Cooking Guide:
- Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Marinate for 15 minutes.
