  • 8 oz dried noodles (such as lo mein or ramen)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, roasted and chopped
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Cooking Guide:

  1. Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles: Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
