Keto Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 2 cups almond flour
* 1/2 cup granulated sweetener (such as Swerve or Erythritol)
* 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
* 1/4 cup heavy cream
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond flour, granulated sweetener, and baking powder.
3. Add the melted coconut oil, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and nutmeg (if using) to the bowl. Mix well until smooth.
4. Fold in the chopped nuts (if using).
