Indian Lentil Soup (Dal)
Ingredients:
* 1 cup split red or brown lentils, rinsed and drained

* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon ground coriander
* 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions:
1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the ghee or oil until shimmering.
