Ingredients:

* 2 pounds beef (such as flank steak or thinly sliced beef strips)
* 3 cups broccoli florets
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 onion, sliced
* 1 cup beef broth
* 1 cup water
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 2 tablespoons chopped green onions, for garnish
* 1/4 cup sliced almonds or cashews, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the oil until shimmering. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the browned beef from the pot and set aside.
2. Add the garlic, onion, and broccoli to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the beef broth, water, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil to the pot. Stir to combine.
4. Return the browned beef to the pot and stir to coat with the sauce.
5. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and make sure the valve is set to "Sealing". Press the "Meat/Stew" button and set the cooking time to 10 minutes at high pressure.
6. Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
7. Stir in the cornstarch and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
8. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and almonds or cashews (if using).
