Instant Pot Minced Beef Recipes Recipe

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

* 1 pound ground beef (80/20 or 70/30 lean to fat ratio works best)
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 cup beef broth
* 2 tablespoons water
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
* 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the pot until it reads "HOT".
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until it's translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.
4. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon or spatula as it cooks.
