Instant Pot Corned Beef Recipe

Servings: 8-10 people

Ingredients:

* 2 pounds corned beef brisket
* 1 onion, sliced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup beef broth
* 1 cup water
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
* 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
* 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
* 1 tablespoon pickling spice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the corned beef under cold water, then pat it dry with paper towels.
2. In the Instant Pot, combine the sliced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, water, brown sugar, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, and pickling spice (if using).
