Instant Pot Beef Dump Recipes
Ingredients:
* 2 pounds beef cubes (such as chuck or brisket)
* 1 onion, diced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup beef broth
* 1 cup water
* 1 tablespoon tomato paste
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 bay leaf
* 1/4 cup red wine (optional)
Instructions:
1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the pot until it reads "HOT".
2. Add the diced onion and cook until it's translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the beef cubes, beef broth, water, tomato paste, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
5. Add the bay leaf and red wine (if using).
6. Lock the lid and set the valve to "SEALING". Press the "MEAT/STEW" button or "MANUAL" mode and set the cooking time to 30 minutes at high pressure.
7. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
8. Remove the bay leaf and discard. Use two forks to shred the beef into tender strands.
