Healthy Banana Bread With Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1/4 cup honey
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
* 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
* 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or oil.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
