Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
* 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and mashed bananas.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
