Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

- Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Stir in the frozen peas and carrots and cook until they are thawed and heated through.
- Divide the cooked white rice into four bowls. Add the beef and vegetable mixture on top of the rice.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and additional teriyaki sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
