Recipe: Gluten-Free Banana Bread Cake

Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 1/2 cups almond flour
* 1/2 cup coconut sugar
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (gluten-free)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (gluten-free)
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond flour, coconut sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well until combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.
