Ingredients:
* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom (if using). Stir until well combined.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Fold in the chopped nuts (if using).
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
