* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 onion, diced
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
* 1 cup beef broth
* 1 tablespoon tomato paste
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* 8 oz pasta of your choice (such as penne, fusilli, or rotini)

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the pot until it reads "HOT".
2. Add the diced onion and cook until it's translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the ground beef to the pot, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until it's fully browned, about 5-6 minutes.
5. Add the frozen peas and carrots, beef broth, tomato paste, and dried oregano to the pot. Stir well to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and make sure the valve is set to "SEALING".
8. Press the "Meat/Stew" button or "Manual" mode and set the cooking time to 10 minutes at high pressure.
9. When the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
10. Open the lid and stir in your choice of pasta. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!

* Use canned crushed tomatoes instead of tomato paste for a smoother sauce.
* Serve with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese or a dollop of sour cream for extra creaminess.
