Easy Banana Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

* 4 cups stale banana bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
* 2 ripe bananas, sliced
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* Fresh whipped cream or caramel sauce for serving (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
