* 2 large eggs, replaced by: 2 flax eggs*
* 1 1/2 cups (185g) all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts (optional)
* 1/4 cup (30g) chocolate chips (optional)
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the sourdough starter ingredients and mix until smooth. Cover with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours, or until it becomes frothy and bubbly.
