Ingredients:
* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
* 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
* 1/2 cup sugar-free applesauce
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 cups oat flour
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond milk, melted coconut oil, applesauce, and egg. Mix well until smooth.
