Dairy-Free Cinnamon Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
* 1/2 cup canola oil
* 2 large eggs, replaced by 2 flax eggs*
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:
