* 2 large eggs or flax eggs*
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter or sunflower seed butter, melted coconut oil, eggs or flax eggs, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until smooth.
