Ingredients:

* 12 oz (340g) cheese-filled tortellini pasta
* 6 slices of bacon, diced

* 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup (120g) grated parmesan cheese
* Salt and black pepper, to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
* 1/4 cup (30g) chopped fresh chives (optional)

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining the tortellini.
2. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the cream has thickened slightly.
