Beef Chuck Roast Recipes Instant Pot Keto

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1 cup heavy cream (optional)

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until it shimmers.
2. Sear the beef chuck roast on both sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the roast from the Instant Pot and set aside.
