* 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until shimmering.
2. Add the sliced onion and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.
