Ingredients:
* 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt (or 100% Greek yogurt)
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
Optional ingredients:

* 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for an extra touch of sweetness
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg for added spice

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, yogurt, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
3. Add the baking powder, salt, whole wheat flour, and rolled oats to the bowl. Mix until just combined.
