Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
