Banana Bread No Added Sugar Recipe
Ingredients:
* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup almond flour
* 1/2 cup coconut flour
* 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
* 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil or cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond flour, coconut flour, unsweetened applesauce, and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
