* 1/2 cup (60g) granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 2 ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup (30g) chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar, and baking soda.
