* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (optional)

Instructions:
1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil for 1 minute.
2. Sear the beef brisket, fat side up, for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Flip and sear the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
