Beef Round Eye Roast Recipes Instant Pot:

Ingredients:

* 3-4 pound beef round eye roast
* 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until shimmering. Sear the beef round eye roast on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the roast from the pot and set aside.
