Recipe: Instant Pot Ground Beef Tacos
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
* 1 lb frozen ground beef
* 1 onion, diced
* 1 packet of taco seasoning
* 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
* 1 cup beef broth
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 6-8 taco shells
* Shredded cheese, lettuce, and any other taco toppings you like
Instructions:
1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until shimmering. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
2. Add the frozen ground beef, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the Instant Pot. Stir well to combine.
3. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and make sure the valve is set to "Sealing". Press the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" button and set the cooking time to 10 minutes at high pressure.
4. When the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
5. Open the lid and use two forks to shred the ground beef.
6. Divide the shredded beef among the taco shells and top with your favorite toppings.
