Keto Ground Beef Recipes Instant Pot Recipe
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef (85/15 or 70/30 lean to fat ratio works best)
* 1 medium onion, diced
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1 cup of beef broth
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
* 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
* 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Add-Ons for Variety:
* 1 cup of diced bell peppers
* 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
* 1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
* 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
* 1/4 cup of chopped cooked bacon
Instructions:
1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil for 1 minute.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.
4. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until it's fully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
6. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to "Sealing".
7. Press the "Meat/Stew" button or "Manual" mode and set the cooking time to 10 minutes at high pressure.
8. When the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
9. Stir in the chopped parsley and add any desired add-ons (bell peppers, mushrooms, cilantro, feta cheese, or cooked bacon).
