Korean Ground Beef Recipe in Instant Pot

Ingredients:

* 1 lb ground beef
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil
* 1 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
* 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds for garnish
* Kimchi, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the sesame oil. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
