Instant Pot Beef Noodle Soup Recipes Recipe
Ingredients:

* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 8 ounces egg noodles
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the oil until shimmering.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the sliced carrots, celery, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

11. Open the lid and stir in the egg noodles. Close the lid again and set the valve to "Sealing".
12. Press the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" button and set the cooking time to 5 minutes at high pressure.
13. Let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
14. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
15. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
