Instant Pot Beef Ramen Noodle Recipes Recipe:

Ingredients:

* 2 pounds beef (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into thin strips
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 onion, sliced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup beef broth
* 1 cup water
* 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
* 2 teaspoons soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 2 cups ramen noodles (your choice of flavor!)
* Optional veggies: bok choy, bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, green onions

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the oil until shimmering. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.
2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the beef broth, water, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
4. Add the browned beef back into the pot.
5. Close the lid and set the valve to "Sealing". Press the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" button and set the cooking time to 10 minutes at high pressure.
6. When the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
7. Open the lid and add the ramen noodles to the pot. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and your choice of veggies.

CookTime: 10 minutes (plus 5 minutes natural release)

PrepTime: 15 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Variations:
