Instant Pot Beef Roast Recipe

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

* 3-4 pound beef roast (such as chuck or rump)
* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* 1 cup red wine (optional)

* 1 bay leaf

* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (optional)

Instructions:
