Ingredients:

* 2-3 pounds beef loin roast (boneless)

* 1 tablespoon brown sugar

* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/4 cup beef broth
* 1/4 cup red wine (optional)
* 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until shimmering.
