Ingredients:

* 1 LB Frozen Beef Stew Meat, thawed

* 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
* 1 cup Beef Broth
* 1 cup Red Wine (optional)
* 1 tsp Dried Thyme
* 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
* 1 bay leaf
* 1 tsp Salt
* 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
* 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
* 2 cups Water
* 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
* 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions:

1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.
3. Add the thawed beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the beef broth, red wine (if using), thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Add the tomato paste and stir to combine.
6. Add the sliced carrots and cubed potatoes.
