Lean Beef Stew Meat Recipes Instant Pot Recipe
Ingredients:
* 2 pounds lean beef stew meat (such as top round or rump roast)
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 onion, chopped
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
* 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
* 1 cup beef broth
* 1 cup red wine (optional)
* 1 teaspoon dried thyme
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 bay leaves
Instructions:
1. Press the "Saute" button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until shimmering.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to soften.
