Low Sugar Banana Zucchini Muffins Recipe:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 small zucchini (about 100g), grated
* 1 1/2 cups (190g) whole wheat flour
* 1/2 cup (60g) rolled oats
* 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sweetener (such as honey or maple syrup)
* 1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
