Low Sugar Banana Bread With Oats Recipe
Servings: 8-10 slices
Ingredients:
* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup rolled oats
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup honey
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, rolled oats, whole wheat flour, granulated sugar, and honey. Mix until well combined.
