Gluten Free Low Sugar Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 1/2 cups almond flour
* 1/2 cup coconut sugar
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
* 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil or cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond flour, coconut sugar, granulated sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix well until smooth.
3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
4. Fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips, if using.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
7. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
8. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
