Low Sugar Banana Bread Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

* 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1/2 cup (110g) granulated sweetener (such as Swerve or Erythritol)
* 1/2 cup (60g) almond flour
* 1/2 cup (60g) coconut flour
* 1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened shredded coconut
* 1/4 cup (30g) melted coconut oil
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans for added texture and flavor

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sweetener, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
