Sourdough Banana Bread With Almond Flour

* 1 cup (200g) active sourdough starter (fed and ripe)
* 1 1/2 cups (190g) almond flour
* 1/2 cup (60g) granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup (30g) unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 2 ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
* 1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch (23x13cm) loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar, and salt.
