Paleo Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 1/2 cups almond flour
* 1/2 cup coconut sugar
* 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
* 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla extract.
